Mrs. Dawn Mynaugh, owner of Tots University, is located in Owings Mills behind Target. She has openings for children from 1 to 6. The school closest to her is Cedarmere. She offers snacks and meals and her hours are from 7am to 5pm Monday thru Friday, but ask her to make sure that is correct.
